Welcome to the Ellen Terry Barn Theatre! We're delighted to have you here. Explore our rich history, upcoming performances, and the vibrant community that brings live theatre to life at the historic Barn Theatre - part of the National Trust property, Smallhythe Place. Whether you're a long-time supporter or new to our theatre, we invite you to join us in celebrating the magic of live performance!

We are delighted to present another vibrant and varied season of theatre at The Barn.
Can't get to Smallhythe this year? We may well be coming to you. Our much-loved production of Falstaff - developed right here on our stage - is touring venues across the South this Spring.

Further productions from August onwards will be announced in early spring.
